Introducing innovative animated incident learning

As a leading safety critical organisation we continually challenge ourselves to find innovative ways to share learning from incidents following an investigation. We’ve produced a short ‘Animated Incident Learning’ film following a recent serious incident. It shows the technical standards expected when erecting scaffolding on any Thames Water site.

We’ll be producing more animations in the future to share updates to our health and safety expectations and standards. Make sure you your team review the films when they’re produced, so that we’re all working together to consistently deliver a zero compromise approach, every day.

Zero incidents, zero harm, zero compromise

Thames Water has shared a video aimed at reducing the non lost-time or first aid injuries. Even though these injuries may be small, they can escalate into larger safety issues.

Celebrating safety success

We’ve achieved an important milestone in keeping our people safe. It’s the first time zero of our employees and contractors are off work due to an injury.
